- You can now increase or reduce time by a percentage or fixed hours (for example: “Reduce min and max time for all tasks by 20%” or “Increase min time by 1h for all tasks in the authorization module”).

AI Agent Beta Release
We’re excited to share that we’ve just released the first beta version of our AI Agent in devtimate.
Until now, you could only generate estimates from specifications.
Now, you can also adjust and manage them simply by chatting, which means less manual work, faster changes, and a smoother workflow for everyone working with estimates.
In the meantime, we’ve also shipped several smaller improvements and fixes.
We’ll keep iterating, and your feedback is key as we focus on making the Agent even more stable and useful.

- Added the ability to move tasks and groups between worksheets.
- Added an option to highlight rows based on assigned roles. For example, if the role “Frontend” has a green color, the entire row will be highlighted green. This option is disabled by default and can be enabled in Settings.
- Fixed an issue that could occur when multiple users were working in the same estimation at the same time.
- Improved estimation loading performance. Large estimations now load faster without long waiting times.
- Removed the automatic mirroring of time inputs.
- Fixed an issue where selecting tasks with the mouse gesture starting from an input field did not work.

PDF Proposal Generator Beta Release
Create a proposal from an existing estimate in just a few clicks. Modules, descriptions, and costs are pre-filled, so the document is ready to send immediately.
- Company Insights. Enter a website address and the system will automatically fetch the company’s logo, colors, and details, so your estimates and proposals instantly match their branding.
- CSV Import. Import your previous estimates from Excel directly into devtimate.
- Library. Create reusable elements that can be added to estimates with a single click.
- And many smaller improvements and fixes.
A lot has already happened behind the scenes while building devtimate, many updates, iterations, and improvements that brought the platform to where it is today.
From now on, we’ll be publishing official changelogs to highlight bigger releases and key milestones as devtimate continues to evolve.
