You agree not to misuse the Service or access it in any way that interferes with normal operation, violates laws, or harms others.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding user-generated input) are owned by Devtimate and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

Third-party Services

Devtimate integrates with OpenAI, Hetzner, Jira, Asana, and Stripe. By using these integrations, you also agree to their terms of use. We do not control these third-party services and disclaim liability for their actions.

Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and your access will remain valid until the end of the billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing. Any changes to subscription fees will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued except as required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us.

Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. Maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will end.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Devtimate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (if any).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to resolve any dispute first by contacting us directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
